{ Limited } The largest head of cheese produced in South Africa. A South African cheese dedicated to our colourful heritage. Semi-hard, brushed rind style moulded into huge golden cartwheels. Slow matured for at least 6 months to unlock the flavours from the pastures of the Cape. Medium-full in character with nutty overtones. Delicious in recipes which call for mature cheese or on any cheese board.
