Suggested 250g Camembert: Use either Dalewood Wineland Chefs Camembert™ 250g or a Dalewood Traditional Camembert 250g
1 x 250g Camembert
1 Tablespoon dry white wine
2 thyme sprigs
pinch dried chilli flakes
crackers or toasted bread, to serve
Heat oven to 180 degrees C.
Unwrap the cheese from its packaging, and then place it into a ramekin (12-13cm in diameter)
Slash the top rind of the Camembert a few times and top with the wine, thyme sprigs and a pinch of dried chilli flakes.
Bake on a baking tray for 15 – 20 minutes until gooey.
Serve with toasted bread or crackers for dipping.
